Rivers Plaza in Channahon, one of Chicago's fastest growing southwestern suburbs, is our newest commercial development. Here are some points to consider:

The property is located at a prime corner location along two Strategic Route Arterials within the trade area.
The property is located directly across from the newly opened Jewel/Osco.
Route 6 connects into a full interchange with I-55 to the east, while Ridge Road has a full interchange with I-80 at McLindon Road to the north. An additional full interchange is just south of the property at I-55 and Bluff Road.
Two full signal interchanges will service the property; one  at Route 6 and Ridge Road with the second signal interchange at Route 6 and Three Gables Drive.
Approximately 13,408 residential units are planned within a 4 mile radius of the property. The majority of the new development are along the Route 6 and Ridge Road corridor.
Major employers in the area include Exxon/Mobil, Alcoa, Ecolab, Smurfit-Stone Container and BASF Corp.
Minooka Community School (1,378 students) is 2 miles north of the property, along the Ridge Road corridor. Approximately one mile east, on Route 6, is a proposed high school which will service the additional households being added to the area.
As of 2006, the estimated average household income is $82,000 within a five mile radius of the Route 6 and Ridge Road intersection.
As of 2006, an estimated 85% of all households have 2 or more occupants within a five mile radius of the Route 6 and Ridge Road intersection.
