Kevin, the second-oldest son of Keating Development founder/president Joseph Keating, came aboard the family firm in 1991. As co-executive vice president, Kevin manages all construction activities.

Kevin and Joseph created a new company -- Community Home Builders -- in the early nineties, which would later be renamed Keating Development. Together with his father and his brother Keith, Kevin helped reposition the firm and delve successfully into new markets, including downtown Chicago and Romeoville, where Keating Development has built three major subdivisions in a row.

Kevin has more than two decades of construction experience, having previously worked as a carpenter and concrete finisher. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Southwest Chapter of the Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago.

When he's not busy building homes, Kevin -- an avid outdoorsman -- enjoys waterskiing, snowskiing and windsurfing and spending time with his wife and two little girls.
