Keith Keating

Having spent my childhood on Powers Lake and returning for annual vacations in the area, my wife and I moved from Chicago to Powers Lake in 2009 to raise our 4 children. We are proud to call Southeastern Wisconsin “Home”. Because of my long standing ties to these lakes-linked communities, I have many valuable connections and local recommendations that can save you time and money. What’s more, I’ve worked real estate from both sides of the fence, having been the president of Chicago-based Keating Development Group, where for years I was responsible for building, selling and marketing new homes and developing raw land. So I know what to look for when it comes to important things like construction quality, topography and land planning.

In the past, I served as city chapter president of the HBAGC and was a board member of the Attainable Housing Alliance—a public advocacy group that promoted housing attainability and affordable ownership. I have also been a licensed mortgage broker, registered appraiser and real estate instructor in Florida. I received my bachelor’s degree in real estate finance from Florida Atlantic University. Today, I am a licensed real estate broker in Wisconsin and Illinois and a member of the Twin Lakes Chamber of Commerce, Lake Geneva Chamber of Commerce, Lakes Area Realtors Association (LARA), Chicago Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, Wisconsin Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and certified as an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR).

This is an exciting time to own or sell property in Kenosha and Walworth Counties, as evidenced by increased interest from prospective buyers in this locale. We cater to any budget – from entry-level properties to high-end upscale residences. Give me a call and learn more about the plentiful real estate opportunities available here and the great deals just waiting to be capitalized on. I look forward to talking with you!
